- This is to bring in notice of my concern which is going on for a week, I had difficult time with customer service representative for the whole week, I recharge for Rs 558 on 27th April 2020,which has 3gb data per day and unlimited call, but due to some odd reason I did not get the benifit I call Airtel the very next day the first csr told me I will be fix the next day which did not happen I call on the 30th another csr said on 1 of May 2020, than manager call me by the name of syam Lal with phone – +919746463796 who said the issue will be resolve within 48hrs which did not happen now I not sure if he is the manager or not, I call them again today and the again they said will take another 48hrs, i am in distress as I need my phone to be functional in this situation, I writing this so that I would be look into. As I have recorded all the conversations with csr providing faults promise.
