Dear sir,
I have the following 3 issues. Please help to resolve these issues:

1. I recharged this sim as usual against a monthly plan of Rs. 249/- on 06.05.2020. incidentally the sim stopped working on 14.05.2020 with a message that there is no balance. It was shocking as earlier the recharge of same amount would last for minimum 28 days but in the instant case it worked hardly for 8 days. Since I required net services I recharged this no. 9796261441 again on 15.09.2020 for Rs. 299/-. Please look into the matter and adjust the amount of Rs. 249/- for future.

2. The out going messeges whenever sent are not delivered.
3. Net working is very slow and poor
I hope the needful is done at the earliest.
