I recharged Airtel No 9896988565 on 31st july for Rs 49 at about 10A.M but balance was found to be zero up to 12 noon. Why this undue deduction, should not be company sued for such often acts. I am an old client so my interests should be preserved otherwise i will be compelled to knock at other bigger door. I have lodged complaint at 121@in airtel.com too. If my complaint is unheard, the complaint will be forwarded to The communication Minister.
