I recharge 20000 rupees on 2 October 2024 but the amount not credit in account till now I ask customer care so many times they say that say that your order verification is under process please wait but the payment not received til now

Even i have faced same issues with happy ace casino game multiple time and their customer care replies same that your recharge order is under verification but the money never comes.
