Mobile no: 8856870183 airtel prepaid recharge of Rs 199/- done on 9th july 2019 at 12.47 pm at a dealer shop. Transaction Id: 495485117. Simcard registered by the name – Madhuri Randive.
The recharge not yet received on the mobile.
The airtel app however displays no successful recharge till date 12th July 2019.
The dealer not ready to refund back the amount as his airtel account shows deduction of Rs 199 with the above transaction Id. On the other hand the airtel customer care and app shows no successful recharge, which is contradictory.
The customer is stressed out now as there was similar issue in june 2019. However it got sorted out in 2 days that time.
Kindly help and suggest.
