Text of Complaint by Ebinazer:

U have done my recharge on Saturday 30th April 2022 and received a message from Airtel Stated that Hi, Payment of Rs. 179.0 done via Upi has been processed. Order Id: 6926079728342429696. You will receive the order confirmation within 4 hrs. Please keep the Order ID for future reference. Regarding this recharge zi called customer support their response was not up to the mark and they kept on a long hold ,eventually they disconnect the call. The issue is I made the recharge in their airtel application it’s showing in their transaction end and I have done recharge again. It was happening for me second time!.. kindly take the action
