Hi,
I want to lodge a complaint regarding the recharge made by me. I have made twice a recharge of 598/- on 6th may 2020, one of which is not processed. It was not processed at that moment and later when I contacted the bank they told me it is processed.
I haven’t received any confirmation or any notification as such from Airtel. Neither it is reflected at my account.
