Text of Complaint by AJAY DULANI:

I HAD TRIED TO DO THE RECHARGE OF RS 399 ON MY JIO NUMBER 7016742825 BY USING JIO APP.. AND THE MODE OF PAYMENT WAS THROUGH UPI.. AND THE MONEY GOT DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT BUT RECHARGE NOT PROCESSED BY THE JIO COMPANY…I CALLED THE JIO HELPLINE NUMBER 198 AS WELL AS 1800 889 9999 AND EVERY TIME JIO CARE EXECUTIVES AVOIDED ME SAYING THAT THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE MONEY AND TOLD ME THAT I WILL GET THE REFUND WITHIN 3 DAYS HOWEVER I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY REFUND AMOUNT
