Text of Complaint by Akanksha:

I have recharged my mobile no [7696367354] through net banking for RS. 98 on 2 June 2020 and received an sms with transaction reference [143155749] bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged till now I got the message but it was showing insufficient recharge on calling although the amt has been debited from my bank account.
