Dear sir/ma’am
I had recharged my airtel number with Airtel thanks app by an amount of 558 rupees after using 40 rupees cashback coupons.the money was deducted but the recharge wasn’t done.i tries again and i faced the same and had paid twice but didnt get any recharge.i didn’t even got the receipt that is the transaction details too so that i can complain in the customer care.
