Text of Complaint by Nikunj:

I wanted to recharge my Vodafone Idea limited sim . So I went inside vi app and started the process to recharge and every step Is done properly and amount of ₹  649 (plan is ₹   699 + ₹  50 coupon applied) was taken from my bank account and recharge was not done I can see only my money was taken but no message like recharge done. Also call customer care almost 12 times but not getting satisfactory answer from executive as well from manager personal.
