I’m writing this with reference to my jio. no. 8920555612 which I had recharged today ( Work from home pack of Rs. 151 , 30 gb for 30 days) and even though the payment was approved and the amount got deducted from my account but still I’m unable to access the services .
For your reference I have attached the screenshot which has the reference id (016415408210) and transaction id.
