Dear team,
Greetings of the day
I had recharge in my mobile number 8976194696 of rupee 599 (3gb/day 84 days) in 24 march 2020 at 2 am by hdfc (UPI), balacne has been cut from my account.
But still now recharge is not down by Vodafone even not received money from the server so that I can again the recharge.
I called customer executives but due to high calls. They are busy.
Please do the needful on priority basis.
As I am unable to call anybody.
