Text of Complaint by Falgun Pandya:

I had recharged my mother’s airtel no (Rajasthan) on 8 September 2020 using Amazon pay. Money had been deducted from my account and recharge was also shown as successful but still the mobile is not reflecting the recharge and she got a call from airtel saying your recharge has been expired.
