I recharged my vodafone number 8767142145 by a Unlimited Recharge of 179 on 27th January, 2019 through Paytm. But the said recharge was not credited nor I received any message from vodafone.
After 2 days I called the customer care regarding the subject where the CC executive brought to my knowledge that the 179UL recharge has been discontinued and I was advised to register a complaint which he did so, but didn’t received the acknowledgment of that either, and asked me to recharge again with other Unlimited offer which I did with 199UL recharge , and my previous recharge amount of 179UL will be reverted back to my Paytm account.
Right now I have recharged my number with two different offers 179UL and 199UL, of which refund of 179UL is expected as said by the customer care executive.
Its has been 5 days since I have registered 2 complaints regarding the same to the customer care and no action has been taken against that.
I request here to kindly acknowledge my complaint, and take relevant action against the company for the inconvenience caused to me by the irresponsible behaviour towards the problem faced by me.
