Hi this is Aruna
My issue is on mobile recharge.
I have recharged as per activation on 26/02/2020 at appox 10.45 with an amt of 448 (50 is coupon) so i was suppose to pay 399 i paid and recharged but i received the that the activation charges are changed and the recharge is unsuccessful but amt the amt was deducted from my bank a/c.tansaction id .2002626637 i am calling to airyel customer care service but no one is responding it providing recorded information
