Dear Sir/Madam,
We have done recharge of Rs. 449/- for prepaid on 20/05/2020 through Airtel Thanks App and made payment by Google Pay. The UPI id for the transaction is 014111362165. The cell no is 8308944638 in the name of Divyanka Vetale. Please find the attached screenshot for the payment made.
We have sent them email. Talk to them, but still there is no positive response from the team. They are saying we will get back to you, but all in vain.
So, request you to kindly look into this matter and resolved at the earliest.
We are old customers of Airtel & most of using Airtel service in our family.
Kindly do the needful.
