• I am Sanjeev Bhatia. On 26 November 2018,rs 50 balance was deducted from my phone. Upon enquiring, the customer care executive told me that a survey was activated on my phone and they have switched it off, they also said my 50 rs balance would be refunded back in my phone balance wallet till 28 November 2018 but till today also, (6 Dec,2018) my balance has not returned. Please help me with it and refunded my rs 50 back unless I’ll port my number into other network operators than Vodafone.
