Text of Complaint by prince kumar:

Name of the company – Airtel , Service type – Mobile recharge , Mode of payment – Phonepe , Date of traction – 02 June 2022 , Transaction id – T2206022311381429667027 , Bank UTR number – 215367262503 , Amount paid – 671/- , Connection type – Prepaid , Complaint number – Company don’t provide , Problem – The consumer informed that on June 02, 2022, the consumer had recharged his Airtel number for Rs.671 through the PhonePe application but his airtel number is not recharged. The consumer first complained about this to PhonePe and his Canara Bank, then the bank and PhonePe responded that the amount has been successfully transferred to Airtel Company. When the consumer complained to the Airtel company, the company responded that the recharge of Rs 671 is not available with them. The consumer said that this recharge was mentioned by the Airtel company on its Airtel Thanks application, for which the consumer also has proof. And now he wants Airtel company should refund his amount as soon as possible.
