Text of Complaint by Hiren Dhokiya:

I did recharge on tata sky on 11th April 2021 with amout 250 using tata sky app using FreeCharge as payment method, I received msg from tata sky that recharge got failed & amount will be refunded in 7 working days. But after raising so many complaints in tata sky I didn’t get my refund yet.

Even they closed tickets without resolving my issue.
