Hi,

we we have recharged the jio number 861-8965795 with the plan given in website. The plan is for Rs.297. After recharge is successful, they are claiming it can be used only on jio phones and not other handsets. Also they are not ready to refund/exchange the amount. Could you please let me know how to proceed?
