HI SIR MY MOBILE NUMBER IS 9578696426. AM RECHARGED 597 RUPEES ON JUNE 3RD, BUT THIS RECHARGE IS UNSUCCESSFUL, BUT AMOUNT DEBITED MY BANK ACCOUNT. I CALL TO CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE, HE SPOKED THIS RECHARGE IS FAILED DUE TO NETWORK ISSUE, AND AMOUNT REFUND TO YOUR BANK ACCOUNT, SO YOU CAN MAKE ONCE AGAIN 597 RUPEES, SO AM RECHARGED ANOTHER ONE TIME. BUT 1ST RECHARGE SUCCESSFULLY AFTER 2ND RECHARGE, SO ONE AMOUNT OF 597 RUPEES NOT REFUNDED TO MY ACCOUNT TILL NOW. SO PLEASE ACTION THIS ISSUE IMMEDIATELY. THANK YOU!
