Dear concern,

Myself Sadhankumar Dey staying at Madhyamgram,willing to say that 25th March I had recharge my phone on vodafone app.It has debited from my account but when it has checked no recharge has been made.when U had recharge that was accepted.This amount was  rs.529 /- payment by my debit card.I had already complained many times in UBI branch where is my account,could not get any feedback they told to contact vodafone.My number 9836161193.

I am retired person.plz resolve this issues immdtly.sending the document…plz check
