Text of Complaint by Rajan Kumar:

I was trying to recharge my no. 7009183821.I opt recharge of 399 and applied one voucher of ₹50.Then i chose upi(9803327168@paytm) for payment.Then i paid the amount.But rechagre was never successfully done.
