Respected sir/madam,
I had recharged my alternate no. 9175884117 with rs 349 on 16 January 2019 from my Airtel app. Amount was deducted from my bank account but recharge was not done. I received message that debited amount will be refunded in 8 days. Today is 4 FebruaryFebr still amount is not credit to my bank account. I had called on customer care no but not get any response. I visited nearest Airtel service office. But they didn’t help me. So please figure out me. My contact no. 7385533709 full name Vishal Kashinath Lavhale. I had attached screenshot of company message.
