Dear Sir/Madam

I have done recharge 12 hours ago on my number 8791200680 through Airtel Thanks app of ₹ 598 with ₹ 40 discount but my recharge has not been initiated and money is deducted from my account. I complaint on twitter handle of airtel but still no solution has been provided.

Please look into this matter as soon as possible
