Text of Complaint by Monojit Bhattacharjee:

Hi, my airtel mobile number is 9038057174.
I have recharged my account with Rs 548 where i was offered unlimited call,daily 1.5GB internet and daily 100 SMS daily with roaming for 84 days from My Airtel app. The amount was deducted immediately however i do not have any recharge visibility yet.
I cannot reach to any customer support as well, below i have attached the payment snapshot.
How do i take this complain further?
