Dear Sir/Madam
I have received an #Alert! Message from Vodafone for OUTGOING VALIDITY for my number. I have decided to recharge by using my Main Balance but I didn’t know how to recharge. Then I have searched the internet and using *121# by checking offers. And trying recharge for Rs.95 full talk time offer but the recharge was never made and there is no information. Then I have called customer care and getting information from the Vodafone customer care executive. You never get charged and he said that is not a way to recharge and he gives me a number that was *444*94# ( its the number to check your recharge information ). So, I use this number to check the details but my number getting recharged for a number of Rs.94 by using this number. Again I using this number to check what is going on by using this number and again I get a recharge message. Therefore I decided to call the customer care executive again and discuss this issue. They said, “we never retain an amount again and it is charged, there is no way to give it back to main balance”. I said I never want this recharge, please cancel it retain my balance back but they never ever give me a proper answer and support. Please enquire this issue and bring back my balance again or change my number to BSNL Network.
