Whom it may concern ,

Today after using my daily data , I have recharge 49 pack through paytm and get my benefits.  Again when I have used up my data then again I have recharge 49 pack  through Paytm and it was showing successful but I did not get my benefit. Then I called you customer care and told my problem they said that they have some problem  which will be not possible to solve today but I have recharged for today only and I did not get my benefit , the Pack was for single day oly and because of that my total money have been wasted that’s why I have formally complaining you. I have also attached the photo which showing my recharge history.
