Dear sir/mam
I have recharged on my mother’s Airtel number 9702478816 for 2 month 399 plan on Friday 17/07/2020 i also received a confirmation for the same from Airtel I have attached the picture for this confirmation message
My this plan was in the offer though Airtel Thanks Application where i got 50 Rs discount but my recharge converted into 349 plan for one month I felt cheated from Airtel company i have called their customer service number but they failed to help me I also visited Airtel Gallery but they also refused to solve my issues
please help me
