Jio Number,

I recharge my plan for Work from Home with Rs.251 on 12.May.2020.

They took the payment from me. but they did not activate the plan.

When I ask they replay , The amount which you had recharged was successful & it has already expired.

So I last my Rs251 through Jio . My Question is if plan already expired then why they took the money from customer. they should return the money.
