I recharge my account for entire year as mentioned by tata sky associate for Rs 13,500 on 04/05/2019 however I received the service till 08/01/2020 whereas as per service offered my account or TV connection should be worked for 13 months which ends on 05/05/2020.
IN spite of raising multiple complaints through call or social media or through emails I am just receiving hold on response but no resolution which is quite frustrating and now my connection is not working but the service provider not provide any help.
I have raised this to Nodal Officer as well but no resolution and I am feel like theft because my account balance is zero and I can’t use the service for which I was already paid.
Can you please help me out for the resolution as the service provider is not providing any resolution in spite of raising number of service requests.
