Hi Sir/Madam, Today (6-5-2020) morning I recharged my airtel number 9003506651. It went till payment and paid but not recharged. Money (Rs.648) has taken from the account. Txn Id 2005062298889. and I receive the message the payment will get posted to airtel account within a maximum 4-hours. But I haven’t received it. (I used airtel thanks app) It almost half a day has gone.
How long I can wait for my return? I Extremely disappointed with the airtel service. Kindly take this as a complaint and Take action. In this situation, It’s unfair working liking this. Please take the necessary action. I can’t reach your customer care via phone also.
