I recharged an airtel prepaid no 8509186908 with Rs.379 paid through net banking mode from SBI on 21 April,2020. SBI tranjaction reference no is 052004065592226IGAIMOLIA5 dated 21 April,2020. The money was deducted but recharge not done yet. So I had to recharge again as I needed to call. The afore said amount was not credited back to my account.
Please take necessary step to return my money. Thanks
