Hi sir,

I made recharge of my airtel prepaid on 1 July 21. Amount got deducted by Payzapp application but recharge got failed. I mailed multiple time to Payzapp support on this issue so replayed one time that recharge failed and your amount will be reversed with 10 business days but still I did not received refund amount yet, I called multiple times as well to Payzapp but the didn’t response.

So please help to get the requested refund in my source.
