Hello,
on 14 Apr 2020, I have done a recharge of 379 for mobile no. 7078232124 from my Airtel thanks app using mob no. 9716217564 . Money has been deducted from my account but recharge not processed on the 7078232124.

Please look into it asap. As you may know how important is to be connected now a days.
