Text of Complaint by Badal Choudhary:

 

On 24 may, i recharged my neighbours airtel number but he did not receive any recharge. Recharge was of 249 rs. Balance was deducted from my account and paid to bhartiairtel.rzp@sbi.
Payment was made through google pay.
Airtel app was used for making recharge.

Txt msg received was
” Hi, bill payment of Rs. 249.0 paid through Upi towards your Airtel Mobile 8899140632 has been processed via Order Id 6802599380617789440. You will receive the payment posting confirmation within 4 hrs.”
