Text of Complaint by Manoj Sharma:

I’m facing issues in getting my refunded I tried recharging my Tata sky account on 21 at Oct 2020 that recharge was successful as per my gpay account and according to my bank statement also that amount was deducted from my bank account but never reached Tata sky and also according to my gpay account that transaction was successful but due to these issues customer service from tata sky said that complete amount deducted will be refunded back in 7-10 working days but now 12 days later still I haven’t received my refund and customer service is now claiming it’s unsuccessful but on my end it shows it’s paid so it’s not gpay responsibility your company is completely responsibile for this and as per your previous employees that money was your responsibility also so you can not change your statements I have complete recordings from all calls and complaints and I am posting screenshots of that transaction that was successful
