Text of Complaint by Thanzeem:

  1. Prepaid Recharge done which showed transaction failed
  2. Tried recharging again, it was successful
  3. But amount got deducted both times
  4. Then message came that recharge was successful both the times
  5. 399+399 has been deducted. Almost 800.
  6. Tried calling customer care. Not reachable. Office closed.
  7. Living in Chennai, due to covid, office is temporarily closed. Struggling in these times. Would really like some help. Thank you.
