- Prepaid Recharge done which showed transaction failed
- Tried recharging again, it was successful
- But amount got deducted both times
- Then message came that recharge was successful both the times
- 399+399 has been deducted. Almost 800.
- Tried calling customer care. Not reachable. Office closed.
- Living in Chennai, due to covid, office is temporarily closed. Struggling in these times. Would really like some help. Thank you.
