Dear Sir,
I Made recharge for Rs.299 Through Airtel store and Recharge successful message received , But that benefit is not credited even after 5 Days, Recharge done on 29-09-2022. and Contacted with customer Support but not resolving the problem, they are keep on changing the target date.
1. Target Date 1: 03.10.2022 – Complaint Raised 29.09.2022
2.Target Date 2: 04.10.2022 – Complaint Raised 31.10.2022
3.Target Date 3 :05.10.2022 – Complaint Raised 01.10.2022
4.Target Date 4 : 07.10.2022 – Complaint Raised 04.10.2022
I don’t have any other way to contact with Airtel to make the Complaint. and Customer support person denied to provide the Employee Identification Number.
I Could not able to make the Payment through UPI, Net banking etc., I am suffering very much because of net work issue.
