Hello,

I recharged my mother’s airtel prepaid # 9665571791 for rs. 598/- using airtel thanks app on 13th May. Money was deducted from my account however the recharge was not successfully and I got the below msg on the phone. “Bill payment of Rs. 598.0 has been initiated towards your airtel mobile 9665571791. Txn ID: 2005132590627. The payment will get posted to your airtel account within maximum 4-hours. Please keep this Txn ID for future reference.” I have been trying to reach customer care since last 4 days however all the attempts were unsuccessful. Get this issue resolved asap.
