I have done a jio recharge for Number 7058672544 ( trn. I.D;-BR0004259NHD) of Rs.199 on 31-1-2020 ,8:59 am. But i unable to make calls even after recharge. When i trying to make another call a recorded sound says that “you have no balance to make this call. Then i made another recharge ( Trn. I D: BR00042EVTOV) of Rs.199 on 1 feb , even making of two recharge i unable to make a call from this no.
I request you to either you please check my recharge statue & do it for usable or please get back my sum of recharged money of Rs.398 to my account immediately.
