Recharge done on 26/03/2020 for Rs 1001.82 (TB000093K4R) but internet service not provided by JIO and complaint raised – Interaction ID – MR0000RM6ZDI on 26/03/2020 evening in jio care but there is not response from technician side.
Finally Service Engg solved this problem at 13/05/2020. After many calls they didn’t turned up
Am requesting to swap my 26/03/2020 recharge payment for this month on 15/05/2020
