Text of Complaint by Pooja:

  1. On 28th August I did recharge of Rs. 598 n I got cashback of Rs. 40. Now the final amount is Rs 558. The problem is this recharge didn’t succeed. Amount was deducted from my bank account n immediately I received a message from Airtel company that the service would be provided to you within 4 hours. Now it has been about 4 days. So, I request you to please refund the amount.
