my airtel mobile is 9849220020 I have opted to change my mob from POSTPAID to PREPAID.I also paid the one year recharge amount of Rs. 1498/- through my ICICI debit card. to my surprise the amount has been debited twice to my account. Promptly I got an SMS from airtel saying the transaction has been voided. I was told that the money will be refunded shortly but even after 4 days the amount has not been credited so far.I am also uploading the images of the SMS received.
I need urgent help
