I ms Kranti dhuri is extremely upset to inform you that inspite of recharge my account twice my still talk time is not credited. I m surprised inspite being a regular and loyal customer my calls are left unanswered on 121. If i m not able to get my talk to me or clarification i will be forced to join jio. Extremely sad service. My no is 9870462891prepaid. Am attaching proof of recharge being done through Amazon shipping id
