I recharge #2000 on this platform on 9th of May at 20:28 but my account wasn’t credited till now

  1. When recharging the account, ensure you use Bank App that has Narration/Remarks Text Box: Type your ID No issued during registered. It is located at the left hand side. eg Recharge ID 17537

    Your can easily achieve this with Opay.
    Most people complaints that after the recharge the account is not activated. For this issue, you have re-recharge using the available coins Ballance on the drop-down menus options to recharge in the order.
