there was already recharged on my number but when im calling any no. your ivr asking for again recharge and i did it again. now also im not able to call any one, im not mentioning +91 in starting of the no. im not calling international no.

i tried over 500 numbers from every state of india. after this all when i called your customer care number, she told me that sir i dont have any solution…im asking for what purpose you placed this useless fellows for cx care.

i asked to transfer the call to seniors she transferred but more than 20 minutes i was on line but call didnt connect. your that jio phone of 500 rupees is worst phone in the world, second your cx care supports is useless and again worst. today and right now im destroyingboth things phone and sim. you guys are really useless and your services as well.
