Text of Complaint by KULDEEP NAGDA:

Hi,

Tata Sky recharge done by me around 17 days ago on Tata sky app through phone pe but recharge was not done and status of payment was successful and amount got debited from my bank account.

Firstly i had complaint the issue at phone pe and they had closed the issue with remarks that payment was successful and contact to tata sky.

 

Than i contacted tata sky they have told me that amount will get refunded within 7 to 10 days but till date amount not get refunded.

Now they are asking to provide phone pe statement.

 

Why i should provide my phone pe statement to tata sky if the transaction id & order id of transaction is available.

 

Un necessary they are pulling the issue from 15 days if this much time will take to solve the issue of common man than i think it will be very bad to common man.
